    Randy began his automotive career over 20 years ago, and since 1991, has been a familiar face in the Ebersole Automotive Operation.  He originally started as a Salesperson, spent many years as a Sales Manager, and since 2002 has been the dealership's General Manager.  He is very grateful for the opportunities the car business provides, especially in meeting new people and building long-lasting relationships.  Randy and his wife Kim reside in Annville and have 3 children, Josh, Jenna, and Alayna.  He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, sports, camping, and working.  Randy and his family attend Fairland Brethren In Christ Church in Cleona, where he serves as a Sunday School Teacher, Member of the Outreach Team, and member of the Worship Band. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Brethren in Christ Atlantic Conference.

    Andy is part of the fourth-generation of the Ebersole family and has spent much of his life working in various departments of the dealership, including Accounting, Sales, and Pre-Owned Inventory Management.   He is one of the future leaders of the Ebersole organization, which ensures that Ebersole will remain a true family run business many years into the future.  Although he enjoys many aspects of the automotive business, keeping customers on the road in a car they love has been most rewarding to him.  Andy and his wife Jen reside in Lebanon with their 2 sons, Caden and Nolan.  Both watching and playing hockey is one of his most favorite things to do in his spare time.  Andy is a graduate of Northwood University's Automotive Management Program.  He also had the rare opportunity to sing the national anthem at Comiskey Park when he was a member of the Shining Light Music Group.

    Brandon began his career at Ebersole's as a lot attendant in March of 1986.  While in High School and College, he worked in Service and Parts, and as part of Northwood University's Automotive Management Program, spent a summer working in several departments at an automotive dealership in Lancaster.  Since 1994, Brandon's been a part of the Sales Team, as both a Salesperson and for the past 9 years, as a Sales Manager.  He feels very fortunate to have had so many opportunities to work with great people--both customers and employees--the relationships are simply so rewarding and fulfilling.   Brandon and his wife Dana reside in Hummelstown and have a son Owen.  He enjoys most sports, especially playing baseball for the Hummelstown Boro Nationals, boating, music, writing, the state of Michigan, and loves anything to do with commercial aviation.  He is currently the Assistant Cubmaster of Cub Scout Pack 200 in Hershey and is the Chairperson of the South Point Meadows Homeowner's Association Architectural and Design Committee.

    Andy joined the Ebersole Sales Team in 2002 as the Financial Services Manager after spending 2 years in Banking.  Since 2006, he has been the Honda Sales Manager.  Although he enjoys many aspects of the car business, happy and satisfied customers are what he enjoys the most!  Andy and his wife Holly reside in Lebanon and have 3 boys,  Jackson, Weston and Bennett.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors at the United Way of Lebanon County and is a member of the Lebanon Lions Club.  He also attends Fairland Brethren in Christ Church where he has attended his whole life and currently serves as an Auditor.  Andy graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics.  Andy enjoys family time, sports such as golf, soccer, and basketball, church activities, vacations and cars.

    Tim has spent almost his entire working career in the car business, joining the Ebersole Sales Team in 1995. He spent several years as a Sales Representative, Finance and Insurance Manager, and since 2002 has held the position of Pre-Owned Sales Manager.  Tim loves to meet new people and enjoys the every-day challenges the car business brings.  Tim and his wife Angie reside in Jonestown with their 3 girls, Samantha, Cassidy, and Hope.  He enjoys family activities and almost any sport in his free time.

    Bryne started his career in the car business right here at Ebersole's nearly 15 years ago.  He has had the rare opportunity to experience different departments of the dealership, including Reconditioning, Parts, Rental, and for the past 9 years, the Sales Department.  Bryne lives in Jonestown and enjoys Bicycling, both watching and playing sports, music, and the occasional "road trip."

    Ed joined the Ebersole Sales Team in 2007 but is no stranger to the automotive business.  In fact , Ed spent over 20 years at a GM Dealership outside Lancaster, PA in the Parts Department, many of which an award-winning Parts Manager.  Meeting new and interesting people and the ability to learn something new every day are two aspects of the business that he enjoys.  Ed and his wife Tina, an Associate Broker for Chuck Thompson Realty, reside in Manheim.  He enjoys working around the house, reading, and watching sports in his free time.

    Dave joined the Ebersole Sales Team in July of 2008 after spending many years as a Pastor in both Maryland and Pennsylvania.  What attracts him to the car business is the people-both customers and co-workers.  Dave and his wife Karen are the proud parents of 4 children, Ruth, John, Anna, and Tim.  He was ordained in the Evangelical Free Church of America and enjoys taking part in all the activities of his children:  Four Wheeling, Snow Tubing, Traveling, and attending their sporting events.  He also is a die-hard Pittsburgh Steeler fan.   Two interesting facts on Dave:  Twice he tried out for the Pittsburgh Pirates and has been on 5 mission trips to Sri Lanka.  Dave resides in Jonestown.

    Pat joined the Ebersole Sales Team in March 2006 and has been in automotive sales for over 10 years.  Prior to the automotive business Pat worked as a Chemist and made the switch to automotive sales to experience the people, which is still what she likes best about the business.    Pat also wants to be known as a saleswoman who truly listens.  She resides in Wernersville and loves her Golden Retriever.  Pat enjoys cooking, bricklaying, and "Paying it Forward."  She also is a Master Bricklayer and a member of ACS.

    Mike joined the Ebersole Sales Team in January 2009 after spending 7 years as an Automotive Technician.  Meeting interesting people every day is one of the things he enjoys most about the car business.   To offer the best assistance possible to our valued commercial customers, Mike has recently assumed the role of "In house" truck specialist, which includes expert knowledge on chassis cabs, GM's Business Choice Program, and many other important technical features and benefits of GMC trucks.  Mike resides in Lebanon.

    Nate joined the Ebersole Sales Team in June 2009, after working in our Reconditioning Department for two years.   He enjoys both meeting and working with people, and also likes how important a dealership can be to the community-and is proud to be a part of that.  When time allows, Nate enjoys playing guitar and loves outside recreational hobbies such as snowboarding and snowmobiling.  Nate resides in Cleona.

    Linda is by a large margin our longest tenured Salesperson, joining the Ebersole Sales Team by default--when Ebersole Purchased Honda of Lebanon in 1989.  She has had an extremely successful 22 year career and has been a major contributor to our dealership's yearly Honda and Pre-Owned Sales.  She also holds the record for consecutive "Salesperson of the Year" Awards-earning this award 13 years in a row.  Linda's achieved both the Honda Gold and Silver Awards many times and still loves the everyday challenges of the car business.   Linda and her husband live in Denver and she loves travelling, biking, hiking, and kayaking.

    John joined the Ebersole Sales Team in 2005 and finds that the most rewarding part of his job is assisting the customer in selecting their new car.  John has been a past Jaycee of the Year twice and HOBY Leadership Chairperson of the Year twice as well.  John and his wife Lisa reside in Palmyra.  He enjoys golf and Mason's and has also been a part of the Hugh O'Brian Youth Foundation and PA State Constable in his free time.

    Jose joined the Ebersole Sales Team in 2007 and is fluent in both English and Spanish.  He likes the fact that the car business is a way to meet new people, assist them in their automotive needs, and build a lasting relationship.  Jose and his wife Zoraida reside in Lebanon and have 4 children, Natasha, Christian, Jonathan, and Julian. They are also the proud Grandparents of Arianalys.  He enjoys baseball, volleyball, hiking and devoting time to Church activities in his free time.

    Bob has spent over 41 years in the Car Business, starting out in the reconditioning department of his father's Used Car Dealership, eventually becoming the Owner-Operator.  Late in 2005, Bob had an opportunity to sell his entire operation and a short time later joined the Ebersole Sales Team.  Bob brings a wealth of experience to our dealership, as he's spent his entire life in the car business.  It's the customer that Bob enjoys most about the business.  He also has the rare opportunity to work with 2 of his children; Angela works in the Title Department, and Jonathan is a Salesperson at Ebersole Brothers.  Bob and his wife Lois live in Leola and are the proud parents of 5 children.  In his spare time, Bob likes to play basketball, enjoys photography of covered bridges, and the study of the creation/evolution debate.  Bob was our Salesperson of The Year in 2009 and earned Honda Bronze status in 2008 and Honda Silver Status in 2009, based off of his sales and customer satisfaction.

    Matt has over 19 years experience in the Automotive Parts business, spending the last 15 years at Ebersole's, many of these years as the Parts Manager.  He likes the new challenges and "unknowns" each week brings, making Monday's one of his most favorite days.  Matt and his wife Donell have 3 children, Dan, Michaela, and Devyn.  They are also Grandparents to Kylee.  He and Donell enjoy playing co-ed Softball and Volleyball, and look forward to vacations in the mountains and at the beach.
